Poppli is seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Team Lead Bridge Inspector with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to oversee complex bridge inspections, mentor junior staff, and liaise with stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesLead bridge inspection teams in the planning, execution, and documentation of routine and complex inspectionsPrepare and review detailed inspection reports and recommend maintenance or rehabilitation actionsEnsure compliance with state, federal, and industry standards (FHWA, AASHTO, etc.)Coordinate with clients and transportation agencies, providing expert guidance and professional insightsTrain and mentor inspectors and engineers-in-trainingUse specialized inspection equipment (UT, drones, rope access as needed)Promote a culture of safety and technical excellence
