Brewery Services Officer

In-House Services & Contracts:
Monitor transportation and accommodation (Grab, taxi, shuttle bus, visa arrangements), Manage office building (meeting rooms, bar, pantry, furniture, locker, stationery, etc.) Oversee cleaning, gardening, waste management, etc. of the brewery Manage related contracts (transportation and accommodation, land rental, etc.).Facilities and logistics:
Monitor daily canteen services and toxic allowances for staff. Manage facilities and logistics for training courses and workshops.Event & Tour Management:
Support Company events: Family Day, Town hall, YEP, Sport event, etc. and Brewery events: Happy hours/ VIP visitors, Authority visit; green office program.Budget & Cost Control:
Control related budget for the Brewery Services.Receptionist:
Welcome and assist visitors to the appropriate office or personnel. Appointment coordination: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookingsOffice Office supply management:Ensure the availability of essential items for office and production needs
REQUIREMENTS:
Functional Competency:
Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience of managing budgets and resources
Digital Competency:
PC literacy (word, excel, power point, Power BI etc.)
Leadership Competency:
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
