Position Summary:
The Brew Brothers Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the Brew Brothers restaurant, overseeing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. This role mirrors that of a General Restaurant Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team engagement in alignment with the values and mission of Caesars Entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Oversight
Lead and manage FOH and BOH operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team leaders and staff. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and team members.Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and food service standards. Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Approve and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and labor efficiency.Communication & Professionalism
Maintain professional communication standards across all platforms, including timely email responses and meeting participation. Uphold respectful and unbiased relationships with all team members, avoiding conflicts of interest or favoritism.Technical Proficiency
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) for reporting, scheduling, and communication. Manage reservations, guest feedback, and large party bookings through OpenTable. Operate and oversee the Agilysys POS system to ensure accurate order processing, sales tracking, and reporting. Use Infogen and Avero reporting systems to analyze sales trends, labor performance, and operational metrics to drive informed decision-making.Guest Experience & Service
Champion a guest-first culture by ensuring high service standards and memorable dining experiences. Respond promptly to guest concerns and feedback, resolving issues with professionalism and care.Staffing & Training
Collaborate with HR to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members. Facilitate ongoing training programs to ensure team readiness and adherence to operational standards.Financial & Administrative Management
Monitor and report on financial performance, including labor costs, inventory, and revenue targets. Ensure accurate payroll processing and attendance tracking. Maintain organized records of team documentation and corrective actions.Availability & Commitment
Work approximately 45 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Be available for emergencies and provide on-site leadership during high-volume periods and special events.Continuous Improvement
