Duties Responsibilities as a Breakfast Manager
Oversee the daily operation of the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experienceLead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent customer serviceEnsure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently maintainedManage staffing levels, rotas, and team performance during breakfast shiftsMonitor stock levels, place orders, and control food waste and costsHandle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with health safety and food safety regulations at all timesCoordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain timely and accurate serviceAbout you
