Breakfast Manager Location: 126 Gateway Blvd., Gateway, Rocky Mount, NC, 27804 Job Description:

The Breakfast Manager will be responsible for using the correct tools to prepare all items according to our recipes, plate presentations, and specifications while maintaining a clean work area and always ensuring product quality, quantity, appearance and temperature. Duties of this position will include set up of equipment, verification of stock, cleaning of cooking equipment, managing flow of food orders, follow sanitation and safety standards.
