What will I be doing?

Shifts generally starts at 6am.Manage the food and beverage service to consistently meet high standards as defined by the hotel and Hilton brand standardsLead by example by being present on the floor throughout serviceEffectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout serviceLook for opportunities to recognise & wow the guestsHandle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional mannerAccurately manage all transactions during serviceWork with your team to continually improve guest satisfaction

 

What are we looking for?
