What you will do as a Breakfast Chef de Partie
Section Leadership: Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section during breakfast service, ensuring readiness, organisation, and excellence.Menu Execution: Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in flavour, texture, and visual appeal across all morning offerings.Team Development: Support and guide Breakfast Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.Inventory Ordering: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation to minimise waste and maintain freshness.Compliance Hygiene: Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and company policies.Operational Efficiency: Maintain equipment and workstations, ensuring smooth breakfast service and adherence to kitchen protocols.Innovation Creativity: Contribute ideas to breakfast menu development, morning specials, and guest experiences tailored to early risers.About you
