As a Breakfast Busperson, you will support the breakfast service team by keeping the dining area clean, stocked, and guest-ready while assisting servers in delivering friendly, efficient service.

What will I be doing?

The Breakfast Busperson supports daily breakfast operations by setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers throughout service. This position helps maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of the breakfast area while ensuring service standards are met.

The Breakfast Busperson works closely with the breakfast and culinary teams to deliver a smooth and welcoming dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Dining Room & Service Support

Set, clear, and reset dining tables according to Embassy Suites and Hilton standardsPrepare tables for service by cleaning surfaces, folding napkins, and placing tablewareEnsure all service ware is clean, stocked, and in proper working conditionServe guests beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experienceAssist food servers with table service as needed

Cleanliness & Organization

Clear dirty table settings promptly and transport tableware to the dishwashing areaMaintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast service stationsStock and replenish service areas throughout breakfast serviceMonitor dining room cleanliness and assist with maintaining a welcoming environment

Guest Service

Greet guests warmly and respond to requests in a friendly, timely, and professional mannerSupport a positive guest experience by anticipating needs and assisting as requestedCommunicate guest concerns or service needs to leadership as appropriate

Schedule & Availability

Open AM availability required, including weekends and holidaysWeekday shifts typically begin at 5:30am and end at 11:30amWeekend shifts typically begin at 6:30am and end at 12:30pm

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFriendly attitude with a commitment to guest serviceAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftReliable attendance with flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience

Experience in a hotel or hospitality environmentPrior breakfast, restaurant, or banquet service experienceExperience working in a team-based, guest-facing role
