The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple related projects within a program to achieve strategic business objectives.
 

As an Integrated Services & Solutions Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
 

Defining program objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned with business and operational goals.Developing and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets for drilling, completions, and production projectsOverseeing execution of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and operational excellenceManaging interdependencies between projects such as drilling fluids, well intervention, and wireline services.Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have higher education in Engineering, Petroleum, or related fieldHave proven experience minimum 10 yeas within Oil & Gas or Energy sector. Managing operations, multidisciplinary teamsHave experience with integrated operationsHave solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Have ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex operational interdependencies.Have proficiency in project management tools and industry-specific software.
