Brazil and Paraguay Finance Leader

The Brazil and Paraguay Commercial Finance Leader is responsible for conducting complex financial analysis for budget variance, capital budgeting, project evaluation, capital acquisitions, divestiture, decision risk analysis, mergers and acquisitions, investment proposals, pricing strategies, project economics cash management, cost benefit analysis, and pricing. The CU Finance leader will provide technical guidance to less experienced finance staff. Ensure company's financial health and compliance with regulations by consulting with other business functions on implications of strategic decisions and make recommendations to maximize value for Brazil and Paraguay.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Partner with business leaders to understand and guide financial outcomes through deep understanding of business drivers.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, earning trust and influence through actions and insights.
+ Lead business unit financial planning and forecasting, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, aligned with the overall business strategy.
+ Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including variance analysis, trend reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
+ Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, making financial concepts and results clear and accessible.
+ Identify and lead strategic projects, process improvements, and the development of analytical tools to support business growth objectives
+ Overseeing cash flow and working capital financial reports and seeking alternatives to meet the targets.
+ Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain strong internal controls.
+ Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and benchmarking of business unit performance, forecasts, and budget. This may involve implementing risk mitigation strategies
+ Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
+ Manage performance and develop direct reports. **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant finance and business experience.
+ Advanced proficiency with SAP, Microsoft tools including Power BI, and Excel.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with proven success in business partnering.
+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels.
+ Risk management skills and knowledge of derivatives markets and regulations.
+ Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
