The Brazil Account Manager - High & Mid Labs - Southeast for Leica Biosystems is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
This position reports to the Sales Manager BRA and is part of the BRA Sales Team, located in São Paulo/Interior and will be working remotely to cover Southeast territory.
In this role, your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
+ Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual and sales goals for the territory; Provide proper funnel management and prepare status report for organization
+ Prioritizes solution allocation to customers through collaboration with all areas. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
+ Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories.
+ Provides Commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer.
+ Actively coordinates and leads with SMEs the funnel opportunities and forecasting requirements through each vertical sales region and provide collaboration to meet customers needs.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience
+ Required Skills:
Proven presence at region Accounts and influence with key decision makers.
Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment.
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
+ Travel: 75%
Must Possess a valid Driver’s license.
Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings (locally and internationally)
+ Language:
Intermediate English
