Brazer Training Manager
**xpereoncJob Title: Training Manager** **Job Description** The Training Manager will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing a comprehensive training program for over 50 employees. This role serves as the Brazing and Quality representative for the site, focusing on continuous improvement of training programs and processes. It requires ensuring safety standards are upheld and programs adhere to 5S standards, while collaborating with Engineering and Operations to develop a Quality program. **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement a training program for employees with varying levels of experience in Brazing. + Conduct bi-weekly Brazing training sessions with new hires. + Teach, coach, and train employees with 0 to 5 years of experience in Brazing. + Perform QC inspections of Brazed parts and track leak rates. + Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to create a Quality program. + Ensure safety standards are met in training processes and programs. + Complete Brazed parts on the production floor as needed. + Facilitate training on performing brazing work, including equipment setup, flux application, and troubleshooting issues. **Essential Skills** + Prior experience in developing a training program focused on Brazing. + Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Brazing experience. + Proficiency in Quality inspection and control. + Proficiency in Gasflux, silver solder, and copper to copper brazing. + Proficiency with Manual Torch Brazing, not robotic. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in HVAC manufacturing is preferred. + Experience with natural gas Brazing. + Experience leading teams or having direct reports. + Relevant certifications in Brazing or Quality. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a modern, air-conditioned facility equipped with industry 4.0 technology. Located in Mesa, Arizona, the facility also offers electric charging stations. **Work Environment** Work in an indoor manufacturing production environment focused on HVAC systems. The standard manufacturing start time is 6 AM, with flexibility for earlier starts or later finishes as needed. The facility is air-conditioned and supports both contract and direct hire positions, offering options for salary or hourly compensation.
