Position Description

This position is responsible for safely performing high-level / Assembly repetitive work to quality standards.This position is expected to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the building (assembly) of our product.Tasks will vary by work area and work assignments will change based on business demands, routine Job rotations will be required to support the Safety, Quality and Productivity ObjectivesThe position is expected to perform the specified job duties within the allotted time, within the quality standards and prescribed methods.

Essential Job Functions

The Brazer position requires unique Training / Retraining for use of Specialized equipment, techniques, and supplies.This position is expected to perform a variety of tasks as assigned in conjunction with the building (assembly) of our product.Identify, report, and stop any Safety, Quality or risks to people, product or the businessIdentify correct Parts, Locate parts necessary for assemblyAccurately Assemble / Braze product in an efficient mannerFollow Prescribe Methods and ProceduresComplete Tasks in the time allottedUse necessary tools and equipment to assemble productsTorch / Flame, metal, tubesPneumatic, Electric and Hand tools may be requiredOperate pneumatic / Electric  hand toolsMaintain accurate inventory of parts local to specific work areaFollow and adhere to all safety, quality and Trane Technologies policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned or required including;Actively contributing to Safety, Quality and Productivity activities and improvementsMaintaining the work area for cleanliness, Orderliness and efficiency StandardsRotate job duties, areas and Stations as needed for Safety, Quality and Productivity. Enter Data in computer systems, fill in forms, charts etc.Comfortable to work independently and as a Team member to identify, improve, troubleshoot and take ownership for results of the machine or process the operator is responsible.

Ability to distinguish colors (Not color Blind) due to need to determine temperature visuallyVisual Accuity for aligning and determine proper tubing alignment.Ability to move freely and have sufficient reflexes to perform the same tasks repeatedly.Ability to stand 8 - 10 hours DailyAbility to lift 40+Lbs repeatably through the shiftBreaks are Formalized, Scheduled and regulated due to the interconnectivity of the assembly line
