About the Role

Responsible in promoting company’s brand. Normally, Brand Supervisor’s duties include different kind of tasks that may help increase company brand image & awareness and use brand to drive business. The brand supervisor works directly with departments such as marketing, sales, finance, procurement and legal. This results in ensuring effective marketing strategy integration in all company divisions.

 Build and develop the execution plan of the brand initiatives and lead & execute the implementation of the plan Coordinate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely & quality deliverables of the brand initiatives as per set target KPI and timeline Managing and ensuring the accuracy and effective spending of the brand initiatives expensesDevelop a report to track brand activities performance and make a recommendation for better performance where requiredAnalyze the market situation, consumer trends, and competitors’ brand activities, understand market feedback about brand activities and recommend an action plan for the team.Ensuring the brand expenses are under the allowable, timely & accurate submission (GOE, accrual expense, fix asset recording) by working closely with the internal marketing and finance team.Translate AIA’s vision of Healthier Longer and Better Life into activities such as sports, health, and wellness initiatives.Act as champion of data collection for AIA Group reports such as AOB, ESG and others brand related reports.Act as champion to ensure all brand activities related PR, PO, and payment is followed and complied with the required process & policies by closely working with internal & external stakeholders: marketing, sourcing, legal, and finance & suppliers.Planning, managing & distributing brand collaterals (including merchandising) in a timely and quality manner by working closely with internal & external stakeholders: marketing, cross functions & suppliers.Drive insurance demands to address audience’s need and be able to nurture the relationship with customer for higher conversion.
