What the day will look like
As the Brand Integration and Enablement Leader, you will act as a strategic bridge between Aon and NFP, ensuring both brands maintain their distinct identities while identifying opportunities for alignment and synergy. Your responsibilities will include:
Brand Integration and Enablement
+ Act as a strategic bridge between Aon and NFP brand teams, ensuring both brands maintain their distinct identities while identifying opportunities for alignment and synergy.
+ Support brand leadership at NFP and Aon by providing tools, insights, and frameworks that enhance brand storytelling and execution across both organizations.
+ Proactively facilitate knowledge sharing, brand alignment, and cross-brand collaboration.
Brand Governance and Standards
+ Support the development and application of brand guidelines that consider the options to drive connection and sharing between brands where appropriate.
+ Build documentation, processes and approval workflows per marketing category for independent, joint and hybrid branding models.
+ Provide guidance and approvals for brand-related initiatives that span both organizations, ensuring consistency and clarity in joint efforts.
Brand Planning and Best Practice Sharing
+ Develop and maintain a shared brand calendar that aligns with key initiatives, campaigns, and sponsorships across Aon and NFP.
+ Align thought leadership and industry offerings across Aon and NFP where relevant.
+ Connect insights and surveys offerings acting as a resource to find crossover and alignment opportunities.
+ Lead the documentation and sharing of brand best practices, case studies, and toolkits to empower teams across both organizations.
+ Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions and act as a central resource for brand-related inquiries and collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Partner with senior marketing and communications leaders across NFP and Aon to align brand strategy with broader organizational goals.
+ Partner with NFP’s dedicated operations lead from Aon for alignment.
Innovation and Trends
+ Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and cultural shifts to keep both brands relevant and forward-thinking.
+ Identify new opportunities for brand growth, differentiation, and shared innovation.
Analytics and Measurement
+ Proactively facilitate knowledge sharing and partner with data scientists and analytics teams at Aon and NFP to build robust scorecards tailored to NFP.
+ Support brand leadership at NFP to translate data into actionable insights that inform go-forward plans.
+ Champion a culture of measurement and continuous improvement across brand teams.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Proven experience in brand strategy and marketing within a global or matrixed organization.
+ Strong understanding of brand architecture, positioning, and storytelling.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
+ MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ Experience in financial services, insurance, or professional services.
+ Familiarity with global brand management and regional market dynamics.
