CBRE GWS is looking for at Fire Specialist to be responsible forthe compliance and the function of the fire-related installationsat all our client LEGO System A/S’ locations in Billund. You will be part of a large Facility Management team overseeing all daily operations. **What** **You’ll** **Do:** + Overseebuildingoperationsinvolvingfiresafetyandemergencyresponseplanning. + Developandimplementfiresecuritypolicies,protocols,andprocedurestoensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + Actasthepointofcontactforongoingcommunicationwiththe clientaboutsite operations. + Investigate,report,andmaintainrecordsofincidentsonthepropertiesincluding but not limited to fire-related systems, alarms, and other emergencies. + Ensuremaintenanceregimesforallfireequipment in the CMMS system are up to date, and documentation is according to legislation as well as contractual obligations. + Protecttheorganizationandclientsfromdamageandlossbyprovidingtrainingonfiresafety, emergency response, and first aid. + Gatherintelligenceonpotentialthreatsandimplementpreventativemeasuresto mitigate risks. + Stayup to datewithinnovativetechnologiesandadvancementswithinfireservices. **What** **You’ll** **Need:** + Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or similar). + Technical background. + Work experience within fire engineering +5 years and relevant certifications. + Proactive and constructive approach to all topics for this position. + Abilitytohandlecomplicatedanddifficultinformation and challenges. + In-depthknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice and CMMS systems. + Excellent communication skills in verbal and written Danish and English. + A "Can do” attitude and service mindset towards our client. + Structured approach and ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously. + Knowledge of the CMMS system “Planon” is an advantage.
