Reporting to: Group Brand Manager 

 

 

Brand Specialist 

 

 

In this role, you will drive digital brand activation by translating brand strategy into high-impact online campaigns that grow market share, strengthen brand equity, and increase  ROI. You will collaborate closely with brand teams, internal partners, and creative/digital agencies to plan, implement, and optimize digital waves, ensuring strong consumer engagement and measurable business results. 

 

Position: 

 

As a Brand Specialist, you will: 

Translate brand activation strategy into an annual digital activation plan aligned with cycle plans and digital waves 

Develop and implement online consumer programs, promotions, and activation mechanics 

Run digital brand campaigns in line with brand guidelines, objectives, and budget 

Monitor and optimize online brand performance using data, targets, and agency insights 

Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Trade, DTC, Corporate Affairs) and external agencies 

Coordinate digital budget planning, spend efficiency, and performance reporting 

Lead creative development and messaging for the brand’s presence across online platforms 

Prepare post-campaign evaluations and recommend improvements 

 

Requirements: 

Degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field 

2+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales or 3+ years in an advertising agency 

Strong experience in digital marketing, online brand presence, and campaign performance tracking 

Knowledge of brand positioning, BTL activities, and marketing mix tools (DTC, market research, etc.) 

Budget management and project/process management skills 

Experience analyzing consumer behavior and market insights 

Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office 

Fluent in Romanian and English
