Brand Retail Technology Supervisor – Job Description
Role DescriptionThe Brand Retail Technology Coordinator serves as the key connection point between internal business teams, external contractors/agencies, and both local and global technical stakeholders. The role ensures that business priorities are accurately translated into technical requirements, system enhancements are properly implemented, and daily operational issues are resolved efficiently. By overseeing two Retail Technology Specialists, the Brand Retail Technology Coordinator ensures accurate configuration of data across systems used in Brand Retail department, supports store operations, and maintains strong alignment between business needs and technical execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business needs into technical requirements for external contractors and global/local technical teams, ensuring clarity and timely delivery.Create and document business requirements for initiatives requested by internal departments or cross-functional teams, and ensure proper implementation.Oversee daily system operations (e.g.: CEGID, WMS, IQOACH) and ensure accurate setup of products, prices, and promotions.Coordinate two Retail Technology Specialists, assigning priorities and validating outputs (promo setup, product creation, ticket management, UAT).Ensure financial compliance by supervising tasks related to invoicing, price updates, and promo accuracy performed by the team, guaranteeing correct execution and alignment with Finance and O2C requirements.Maintain reporting accuracy by correcting discrepancies flagged by Brand Retail team, Finance team or other departments.Lead UAT and system improvement initiatives, validating new features and process changes before deployment.Write and deliver communication for system updates and initiatives, presenting changes clearly to stores and stakeholders.KPIsImprove system functionalities to deliver a memorable experience to customers in Points of SalesAccuracy and clarity of technical requirementsSLA compliance for incident resolutionData & configuration accuracy across systemsQuality and efficiency of UAT cyclesReduction of recurring system issuesTeam performance & task completion rateFunctional Relations & Time AllocationInternal Departments – 40%External Contractors & Agencies – 20%Team Coordination (2 Specialists) – 20%Global & Local Technical Teams – 10%Retail Field Teams (Stores) – 10%Skills RequiredStrong ability to convert business needs into technical specificationsExperience with CEGID, WMS, IQOACH is a plusExcellent analytical and documentation skillsEffective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCoordination and leadership skillsProblem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detailDecision LevelOperational decision-making for requirement definition, prioritization of system requests, validation of contractor deliverables, and approval of system configurations.
