We are seeking a proactive and strategic Brand Reputation Manager to manage and enhance our brand’s reputation through various channels. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, responding to, and generating online reviews, ensuring a positive public image across digital platforms. Additionally, the Brand Reputation Manager will oversee the company’s charitable and philanthropic efforts, aligning these activities with the brand’s values to strengthen community engagement and build goodwill.Core Role Responsibilities 1. Online Review Management:Monitor Online Reviews: Regularly track and analyze reviews across various platforms (Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, social media, etc.) to gauge customer sentiment and identify areas of improvement.Respond to Reviews: Develop and implement a consistent and timely approach to positive and negative reviews, ensuring that responses align with the company’s tone and values.Mitigate Negative Feedback: Address customer concerns swiftly, professionally, and empathetically to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes where possible.Promote Positive Reviews: Implement strategies, such as follow-up communications, loyalty programs, or incentives, to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.2. Brand Sentiment & Reputation Analysis:Track Brand Sentiment: Continuously monitor and report on brand sentiment across various online platforms to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities.Crisis Management: Proactively manage potential reputation crises by crafting and executing rapid-response strategies to mitigate negative press or reviews.Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors’ online reputations and provide insights on market trends and potential areas of differentiation.3. Charitable & Philanthropic Initiatives: Manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs: Develop, execute, and oversee CSR strategies that align with the company’s brand values and community objectives with an emphasis on leveraging partnerships to generate leads.Partnerships with Charitable Organizations: Identify and cultivate partnerships with non-profit organizations and charitable causes, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and mission.Employee Volunteerism & Giving: Organize employee volunteer programs, company donations, and other philanthropic activities to engage employees and promote a culture of giving.Publicize Philanthropic Efforts: Coordinate with the marketing team to publicize the company’s charitable activities and successes through various communication channels, including social media, press releases, and internal newsletters. Measurement of Initiatives Impact: Work with analytics team to track direct and indirect lead volume generated through the initiatives. Regularly reporting on progress towards lead generation goals by providing insights into the effectiveness of various strategies and channels. 4. Strategic Communication & PR Initiatives:Strategize Content: Develop strategies that reflect the brand’s commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and social responsibility.Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all external communication channels, including responding to reviews, press inquiries, and social media interactions.Awards: Research and explore opportunities for company and key executive members for awards.Organic Social media: Includes all organic social media promoting the company (awards, testimonials, press releases, office openings, community initiatives, etc.) on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. 5. Reporting & Analytics:Review Performance Metrics: Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of brand reputation management strategies, using key performance indicators (KPIs) like review volume, sentiment score, response time, and customer satisfaction. Provide and potentially present reporting results.Philanthropic Impact: Measure and report the impact of charitable efforts, tracking engagement levels, media coverage, and community feedback.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in community or social impact.3+ years of experience in reputation management, customer service, public relations, or related fields.Proven experience with managing online review platforms and customer feedback.Strong communication skills with the ability to craft well-written, thoughtful responses and messages.Familiarity with CSR practices and managing philanthropic initiatives.Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and understanding their role in brand reputation.Excellent problem-solving skills, especially when dealing with negative or sensitive situations.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and leadership teams.Preferred Qualifications Experience using reputation management tools (e.g., ReviewTrackers, , Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).Strong understanding of SEO and how it impacts brand reputation.$100,000 - $100,000 a yearWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
