Brand & Performance Insights Strategist - Sea-Doo
Temporary position - 12 months
We are looking for a Brand & Performance Insights Strategist to join the Insights Team for a 12-month mandate. Reporting to the Brand & Performance Insights Manager, you will play a central role in translating data into insights — and insight to action.
You will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance and conducting strategic deep dives into consumer, market and competitive data — with the goal of informing Sea-Doo’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and brand priorities. Working coss-functionally with Brand Strategy, Market Research, Customer Analytics, and Digital Analytics teams, you will synthesize inputs and connect dots across multiple sources to uncover strategic insights and deliver tangible, high-impact recommendations.
Your work will help Sea-Doo stay ahead of market shifts, address brand risks, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consolidate consumer, market, and performance data from multiple teams and platforms.
Interpret and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and identify business opportunities.
Monitor and report on marketing performance, explaining both successes and areas for improvement with data-driven hypotheses.
Understand and anticipate consumer behavior trends to flag risks and uncover growth levers (audiences, market prioritization, channel-mix, etc.).
Build executive-level presentations, turning insights into compelling narratives that inform GTM strategies and business decisions.
Help define and refine GTM roadmaps by identifying unmet consumer needs, competitive gaps, and emerging market opportunities.
Act as a strategic advisor, proactively guiding stakeholders with recommendations based on an integrated view of the business, market, and customer landscape.
YOU’LL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE…
Experienced of 5+ years in GTM strategy, 360 performance, insights and/or marketing analysis.
A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable stories.
A natural connector who thrives in cross-functional settings and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Proficient in data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling — especially for executive and non-technical audiences.
Fluent in English (French is a strong asset).
Curious, autonomous, and highly collaborative — you take initiative and follow through.
