We are looking for a detail-oriented Sponsorship Campaign Manager based in Miami with media experience and a passion for music and culture. You will join the nimble and high-performing new Business Revenue Team while working hand-in-hand with the Amazon Ads Sales team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support sales in meeting its objectives and providing best-in-class customer service, both internal to our Ads Org and external to Amazon Advertisers. The Campaign Manager is responsible for project management of complex advertising campaigns with internal Design, Marketing, AdOps, Sales, and Account Management teams as well as external stakeholders. This role leads all post-sale activity ensuring the smooth delivery of campaign executions, within budget and on time. We are looking for someone who can obsess over customers to help us deliver white glove service to our advertising clients and execute best-in-class campaigns, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude even when dealing with ambiguity. The role provides a fast-paced environment that offers team members continual opportunities to learn, be curious, and develop their skills. Travel will be required.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead sales execution and strengthen relationships with Advertising (Ad Sales) teams and partner brand
* Serve as primary point of contact for Ad Sales teams in post-sale, owning timely communication, keeping all teams apprised of all key issues and updated on relevant data throughout campaign process
* Advocate a newly formed SOP that ensures all business functions and stakeholders align to achieve success metrics
* Support our Music Sales specialists in the region, creating proposals through concept adaptation and enrichment. Coordinate with Ad Sales Account Management to establish timelines and deliverables
* Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and external partners to create brand content and optimize social media impact
* During events, represent Amazon Music at Amazon Music Live (AML) as the on-site ambassador to ensure brand partner expectations are met
* Post-sale execution: create comprehensive campaign reports including metrics, assets, and visual documentation. Provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
* Participate in weekly internal and external meetings, to ensure successful planning
* Support revenue growth wider initiatives across the organization
A day in the life
As a core member of the Amazon Music Latin-Iberia New Business, you will be an integral part in leading campaign execution, directly liaising between key stakeholders including but not limited: 1) the Amazon Music Live Revenue team, 2) the Amazon Ads Org + Advertising Partners, 3) Amazon Music Industry team in MX and 4) Amazon Music Live and External production leads. Throughout the day-to-day, you will be leading the execution and implementation of advertiser deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- 2+ years of generating new opportunities with strong focus on pipeline tracking and deal execution through entire sales cycle experience
- 2+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience with content production processes
- Experience in client services, including developing client relationships
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- - Experience working in Media Sales, Entertainment, and/or Sponsorship orgs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technology-related environment
- Experience using Salesforce.com at an advanced level including the development of dashboards and reports, programing experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $52,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $111,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
