About the Role
As a Brand Marketing Intern for Stryker Trauma business, you will be part of our European Marketing team. In this role, you'll support the execution of sales and marketing strategies across our dynamic and cross-functional team. This role offers you the opportunity to dive into real-world projects and develop your skills in brand management, product support and communication, all while contributing to the broader success of our sales organization.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create impactful materials and help ensure brand consistency across touchpoints. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the marketing team in the ongoing management and promotion of Trauma products across the EU region.Assist in the design and development of marketing materials, as well as conducting market research and analysis.Contribute to customer events, product launches and other marketing initiatives.Gather and analyze competitive data to provide actionable market intelligence.Engage in training sessions and work closely with internal teams to enhance communication and training resources.What We’re Looking For
You must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or related field) for the entire duration of the internshipStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSolid analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar toolsHave the ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in spoken and written English. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiativeComfort working with structured processes and following established proceduresBasic knowledge of marketing is a plusYou are authorized to work in the EU and can commute to our Amsterdam office at least three days per weekWhat You’ll Gain
