We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Brand Manager to join our close-knit team. In this exciting role, you will get full exposure to the marketing mix.
You will be involved in New Product Development (NPD), marketing communications and annual brand planning along with monitoring your brand performance.
You will have the unique opportunity to lead the current and future direction on one of our key growth brands.
**A day in the life…**
In this diverse and fun role, no two days will look the same. As the Brand Manager, a day in the life will look like:
+ Lead the development of local AU consumer-relevant annual brand plans
+ Develop and execute marketing communications plans – includes traditional media as well as digital media and brand building initiatives
+ Lead cross-functional project teams in development of NPD and execute “best in class” launches - working closely with Central Team in Singapore, Sales, Trade Activation, Category, Finance and Supply Chain
+ Lead routine analysis of the brand, key initiatives, competition, category, customer, and consumer to identify growth opportunities
+ Budget Management
+ Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including commercial, agency partners and regional marketing contacts
**What will make you successful**
+ Ideally you will hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and must have 1-2 years’ experience in a Brand Manager or similar marketing role
+ Ideally you will have exposure within FMCG industry
+ It is essential you have excellent communication and strong project management skills
+ It is highly regarded if you have a high level of digital marketing experience or strong passion to grow your digital experience
+ Ultimately, it will be your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects that will see you succeed in the role.
