Procter & Gamble (P&G) is looking for a Brand Manager for Personal Health Care (PHC) in Manila. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products resonate with consumer preferences throughout their journey—from awareness to purchase and usage.

As a Brand Manager, you will collaborate across various functions to gather insights and execute effective marketing strategies that drive profitable growth.

Your Team:

You will report to the P&G Personal Health Care Brand Director and be part of a team that values trust, teamwork, and leadership.

· Demonstrated visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills

· Proven ability to drive innovation and brand growth through exceptional market planning

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Supply, and Advertising teams to develop successful brand strategies.

· Lead Marketing and Brand Management projects to showcase your leadership abilities.

· Analyze data to derive insights that inform brand growth strategies.

· Innovate and take smart risks to enhance brand performance.

Job Qualifications

· 2-5 years of work experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or relevant roles within the pharmaceutical and consumer health industry or related fields.

· Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

· Proven leadership skills demonstrated through formal or informal team management experiences

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
