What you'll get up to The role of the Gatorade Brand Manager is to support the Senior Marketing Manager in launching Gatorade water enhancers into the UK market. The brand manager will lead the launch execution of the marketing plan, including the performance marketing with support of the agency, the wider marketing plan and work closely with the Sector and Global team to get the proposition launch ready for retail in 2026. You will need to be experienced in working in a matrix organisation with a very collaborative approach and strong organisational skills. Responsibilities Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver launch execution for the phase 1 launch online, leading the workstreams for website set up, performance marketing, PR and sampling. Working closely with bottling partner Carlsberg Britvic, sector and global to finalize 4 Ps for retail launch in 2026. Leading the learning agenda for the phase 1 launch, including weekly performance review with performance agency and indicated actions, sharing monthly learnings with senior stakeholders Keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape with monthly updates on new players and their marketing activities Leading weekly meetings with internal cross functional team, our bottling partner Carlsberg Britvic and agencies, holding all partners accountable for the actions Being no1 brand advocate, promoting the brand and its campaigns internally and externally through PR, Senior stakeholder social posting, award submissions etc. Leading the budget management together with Senior Marketing Manager Qualifications Strong consumer understanding and brand building skills - understanding consumer insights to help build stronger activations & campaigns Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities Performance marketing & online basics – proven track record on successfully selling products DTC, Amazon and other online channels Project management – proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes Experience in sports marketing is a bonus Experience of engaging and leading cross-functional teams, internal and external partners Leading external agencies to develop and deliver winning marketing plans & content Budget Management experience Why PepsiCo?
