Leverage shopper insight and business data to develop differentiated by customer strategiesLead and develop integrated Customer Media plans (e.g., retailer app, LINE, retailer media, CRM, co-marketing, collaborative ads) to drive user and business growthPartner with sales team to co-create Joint Business Planning (JBP) with retailers and drive scalable impact to all P&G brandsCollaborate across internal brand, sales team and external retailers to align annual priority, investment, key initiative calendar and business outcomeCreate seamless instore Path to Purchase journey via maximizing instore visibility, shopper-based design and agency capabilitySkills: Teamwork; Business Drivers; Developing Partnerships; Data Analytics
Qualification:
Minimum 1-3 years experience in brand building or customer/ trade marketingDemonstrated ability to contribute and execute strategies in a team or organizationExperience in identifying and leading developments of new ideas and innovation Strong collaboration and influencing skills to nurture relationships internally and externallyAble to work under limited supervision and follow defined precedents and policiesHigh learning agility to develop new knowledge and keep in touch with latest external customer/ shopper dynamic*Please note that this position is open only to local candidates.
