We are now looking for a Brand Manager Integrated Marketing for our Inhalable categories who will effectively contribute to defining the brand strategy for IQOS and VEEV in the Nordic markets and drive the execution of brand plans and developments, which will enable us to fuel our journey towards a smoke-free future even faster.

 

Role summary

 

In this role you will be deploying the smoke-free Inhalable category brand communication campaigns and initiatives that drives brand growth and visibility, act upon consumer insights to deliver initiatives that strengthen the consumer journey. You will act as the brand guardian, securing brand consistency through messaging, visuals, and activations – to deliver a strong and consistent brand experience through commercial programs, projects, and initiatives whilst ensuring relevancy to local market(s) and consumer context.

 

Your “day to day

 

Independently lead the development and execution of high-quality, omni-channel toolboxes, campaigns, and activations together with cross-functional teams including both local and global stakeholders.Conduct post-campaign follow-up and analysis, and translate insights into actions.Conduct thorough analysis of market research and consumer insights to identify trends, behaviors, needs and preferences, and competitive landscape to define business opportunities/business issues.Coordinate, align, co-develop brand activities with relevant markets to secure integration in the market’s deployment strategies, following trade processes and market regulatory framework; subsequently prepare comprehensive brand plans to realize the strategy.Together with Manager Integrated Marketing, develop Annual Brand Plans and participate in the Long-Range-Plans development to address major business opportunities/issues identified through analysis and feed into the Original Budget / Long Range Plan. Develop, plan, and deliver the trans-creation of global toolboxes and campaigns. Collaborate closely with channel owners to ensure relevancy and fit for the channel roles and objectives, driving brand and product performance across channels in respective markets.Lead and handle assigned initiatives and projects.



Who you ar

 

Minimum 6+ years in Marketing, preferably in FMCG in an international environment.University degree in Marketing, business administrations or similar field.Documented experience of having successfully worked with brand communication and activations, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.Very good strategic height and analytical ability but can work with details when required.Strong leadership skills with proven knowledge of effective informal leadership.Strong project management skills; structured and self-driven working style.Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in both Swedish and English.
