If you have answered these questions yes, please feel free to go on and come back to us. **What you will work on?** + Portfolio management of BEBA premium baby formula and BEBACARE child supplements on the Czech and Slovak markets. + Monitoring and evaluation of Czech, Slovak and international market trends, consumer behavior to identify market opportunities for BEBA and BEBACARE brands. + Introducing novelties and relaunches of existing portfolio according to Nestlé standards and preparation of marketing support. + Working with a digital, media and creative agency to promote the brand, targeted at both consumers and doctors, in order to enhance the brand image. + Responsibility for the assigned marketing budget. + Sales data analytics, design activities to support better brand performance and their implementation in cooperation with other departments of the division. **What do we need from you?** + Solid FMCG marketing experience (min 2-3 years) and confidence navigating complex organizations. + Strong stakeholder management – you’ll represent marketing locally and align cross-functional teams. + Excellent project management – able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure. + Strategic mindset with sharp analytical skills – even if the day-to-day is more operational. + Fluent Czech and Slovak and English and ease in working with international teams and remote leadership + Desktop skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Teams + Driving license sk.
