As a Brand Manager, you will develop and propose approaches and marketing plans for the assigned Brands. You will ensure implementation of approved plans to contribute to sales, volume, and market share objectives.
Your ‘day to day’:
Creating and proposing relevant brand marketing strategies and corresponding brand plans within allocated budgets to achieve annual and long-term marketing, market shares and sales brand targets. Regularly monitor the brand efficiency and recommend strategies for the brand achievements.Developing, proposing and executing activities aimed at reinforcing the overall brand images and supporting marketing and sales targets. Develop required POSM for the brands to best communicate brand attributes and stimulate consumer's demand.Reviewing and analyzing brand performances and competitive environment. Identify and anticipate opportunities and threats in the marketplace and propose, develop and implement specific action plans to ensure permanent company competitiveness in the market.Ensuring regular control of all brand related direct marketing expenses and analyze the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all running brand related activities, in order to achieve maximum return on investment while optimizing the brands allocated budgets.Co-ordinating and collaborating with all relevant departments to foster internal communications, effective teamwork and best exploitation of all allocated financial resources. Develop the relationship with creative agencies, assisting them to continuously meet PM standards and evaluating their performance, to leading to high quality service at the best prices.Maintaining a productive working relationship with the PMI Operations Center Marketing Department, Region, and Product Development Cluster. This includes drawing on their assistance to develop new special packaging, Trade programs, and brand portfolio opportunities to improve overall marketing efficiency.Following all legislative issues and ensure that all marketing activities are in line with local regulations. If necessary, consult the company legal counsel.
Who we’re looking for:
College or University degree; a master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.At least 6-10 years of professional experience in marketing department of FMCG company or advertising agency.Experience with specific brand supporting activities, brand management or brand communication area.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bulgarian and in English.Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking with all levels of external customers and the organization.Excellent project and time management skills.Proactive and initiative driven work style.
