JOB SUMMARY _Drive consumer marketing for Child Nutrition Supplement category (PediaSure), through effectively co-creating and executing marketing plans with special focus on leveraging digital medium to build brand equity._ CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES + _Co-create and execute strong marketing programs to drive full funnel campaigns in the target audience – consumers. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs._ + _Generate business insights looking into data to identify gaps / opportunities and conceptualize actionable plans to address them._ + _Execute impactful brand communication materials and manage creative, digital and production agencies to deliver the materials in a cost impactful manner._ + _Liaise with media (both mainline & digital) and CRM agencies to create and execute robust consumer journeys to drive new user acquisition and retention by continuously optimising CPL and CPA_ + _Co-create and execute strong bottom-of-funnel marketing strategies to accelerate conversion & New user acquisition on E-commerce and CRM_ + _Manage A&P spend budgets and related provisions_ + _Support and drive sales – work in close partnership with sales/ trade team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high-quality manner._ + _Follow due diligence in documentation and ensuring OEC (ethics & compliance) SOPs are followed._ **Minimum Education** _Post Graduate_ **Education Level** **Major/Field of Study** _MBA_ _Marketing_ MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE **Experience** **Experience Details** _5+ Years_ + _Proven track record of brand management in FMCG/healthcare companies_ + _Digital-first thinking in marketing – proven experience of having worked on modern ways of marketing (digital, social, influencer, etc)_ + _Proven track record of business analysis to drive actionable insights._ + _Should be excellent in interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills_ + _Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force._ An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
