We a looking for a Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results. **A day in the Life of a Brand Manager** + Developing and updating consumer portraits and engagement funnels to understand consumers. + Activating the brand essence across all touchpoints. + Managing the 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, and CSV initiatives for your brand. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute brand and ICP plans, monitor performance, and ensure strategic alignment. + Manage and develop marketing materials for pet specialists channel. + Driving innovation and renovation to keep the brand vibrant and relevant. + Partnering with communication agencies to create engaging brand experiences and impactful campaigns. **Job Responsibilities** + Develop and execute brand strategies across different channels. + Update consumer insights and engagement funnels to ensure consumer-centricity. + Manage portfolio elements: packaging, pricing, promotional strategies, and SKU proposals for key channels/customers. + Apply innovation levers and execute the innovation pipeline. + Track and monitor brand health, performance, and business impact of PFME and TTS investments. + Contribute to OBIs, Big Ideas, and engagement strategies to create rewarding brand experiences. + Partner with communication agencies to ensure all brand communication enhances the company’s image as a trusted NHW leader. **Job Requirements** + A minimum of 3–5 years in brand management or marketing. Experience in pet specialists channel or nutrition background is a plus point. + Ability to work autonomously and understand both Malaysia and Singapore markets. Wiling to travel once a month to Singapore. + Proactive in learning new channels and applying the knowledge effectively.
