Reporting to the Brand Director, the Brand Manager helps us lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and brand strategies that align with school and program/unit-level goals. You will support a portfolio of internal partners and serve as the primary liaison between these partners and the Marketing & Communications team. You will collaborate with external agencies and internal analytics teams to ensure marketing activities are insight-driven, strategically sound, and performance-measured. The Brand Manager is accountable for campaign strategy, executional oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and budget management.

 Required Qualifications*Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy.Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and analysis.Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.

Additional Information

Salary Information:
The posting range for this position is $81,900 to $105,800. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
