**Position Snapshot**
+ Location: Budapest
+ Education: University / College degree in business management or marketing
+ Experience: 4-5 years experience in marketing or in other function ideally in sales/CCSD (FMCG experience is a plus)
+ Language: Fluent English and Hungarian lang. knowledge in written and spoken
**Position Summary**
Actively participates in the assigned category’s strategic planning process and prepares, executes and evaluates the defined activity plan including communication, promotions, NPD and other dedicated projects independently in order to achieve business goals.
Ensures brand performance in line with company targets and strategy within the scope of responsibilities. Ensures execution of brand marketing programs. Drive growth of the assigned subcategories / brands.
**A day in the life of a Brand Manager...**
+ Identify the needs of given business for future sustainable profitable growth
+ Understand consumer, shopper, customers trends and competitive environment and initiates necessary steps to follow up
+ Prepare and implement short and long term strategy for the assigned subcategories / products (MBS, ICP) based on Insights, Trends, SBU pipelines, and Zone Executional Plans
+ PFME planning and evaluation
+ P&L and portfolio management, awareness and actions for the given subcategory with the co-pilot support
+ Manages the subcategory marketing budget and controls brand P&L according to expected profitability targets.
+ NPD according to the I2L manual
+ Initiate market researches in accordance with business needs
+ Implementation of the marketing plan in co-ordination with sales, logistics, finance engineering, factory, purchasing
+ Create and upgrade Packaging Design, which must be an integral part of overall Communication
+ Coordination of special cross functional & multimarket projects
+ Leads and co-ordinates related agencies for effective and timely realization of key advertising and promotional campaigns.
+ Prepare/ implement and post evaluate promotional and communication strategies/campaigns
+ Contribute to the development of OBPs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies, and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences
+ Successful lead and work with the aligned agencies
+ Actively monitors and analyses markets / competitors / consumer activities / trends / opportunity and threats in order to recommend actions.
+ Ensure the completion of administrational tasks in line with the company policies.
+ Supervise and coach trainee
