Brand Manager, Neurovascular | EMEA
**Location:** Amsterdam preferred (hybrid), flexible across EMEA **Travel:** ~30% (congresses, customer meetings, KOL engagement) **Do you thrive on turning challenges into success stories?** Stryker is looking for a **strategic, dynamic Brand Manager** to take ownership of our **Neurovascular portfolio** across **Europe, the Middle East, and Africa** . This includes: + Setting and executing **strategic brand direction** in line with global strategy to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets. + Leading **portfolio development, lifecycle management, and new product/indication launches** . + Designing and delivering **marketing campaigns, scalable assets, and education strategies** to elevate brand value. + Partnering with divisional, portfolio, and local marketing teams to build **annual marketing plans** and long-term portfolio roadmaps. + Driving **customer engagement** through congresses, events, KOL development, and medical education programs. + Building strong relationships with **sales, internal stakeholders, and key customers** to increase brand perception and adoption. + Providing **data-driven insights** on brand performance and defining corrective actions when needed. + Acting as a key partner in developing the portfolio through **innovation, M&A, and line extensions** .
