Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division is looking for a Brand Manager, Digital and consumer based in UAE As Brand Manager, you'll be responsible to- + Drive, monitor and control digital & consumer-related programs and activities to ensure Abbott’s brand reputation, voice, perception, and image is safeguarded and represented in an optimal way. This includes driving brand awareness related campaigns and activations around the brand overall, specific programs as well as existing and new product launches targeted for consumers in GULF & Pakistan. This is all with the aim to help drive the business, so that the organization’s short and long-term business objectives are met. Comply with regulations and standards and protect the organization’s public reputation. **What You'll Do-** + Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements. + Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing/communications campaigns, including collaborating and activelyproblem solvingwith cross-functional peers in PR, marketing, digital to ensure timely and strong execution as well as ensuring its alignment with the business objectives and goals. + Review and monitor all ad-promo material to ensure the brand is effectively and accurately represented from a visual and messaging perspective, together with close collaborations with regulatory to ensure alignment to policies and procedures. + Direct and manage the execution of the various brand related projects and campaigns, along with ensuring clear KPIs are set for each. + Set and drive internal and external communication programs to create awareness and drive engagement with our brand and products, including online/offline channels. + Craft and create content and promotional material/templates to be used in both online and offline channels such as brochures, flyers, invitations, agendas, giveaways, e-newsletters, whitepaper, customer testimonials, videos etc. + Close collaboration with the different functional team members, to ensure alignment on new material being created, objectives, channels to use, target audiences, and amplification targets. + Ensure our brand is effectively represented on various online/digital channels, such as our websites, linked-in, partners’ websites etc. + Manage our media plan for our promotional campaigns (online and offline publications and channels) + Ensure clear metrics and KPIs are set in place for the various promotional/advertisement campaigns + Performance monitoring and analytics on all various campaigns, events, advertising and content marketing activities (customer engagement, conversion, reach, shares, likes, brand awareness etc) + Oversee appropriate agency relationships and program work in support of strategy. + Drive innovativeCRM campaignsto continuously engage both new and existing consumers and HCPs Required Qualifications- + A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, and MBA or advanced degree is preferred in Business Management, Marketing, communications, orDigital Marketing + Email Marketing(Marketing automation) software + Microsoft Officesuite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Data analyticstool (Excel, Tableau) + Good understanding of digital channels (web, social, advertising) + Knowledge ofSEOandgoogle analytics + English excellence is a must + 20% travel required. + Proven work experience of at least 8 years in digital & social marketing communication + Knowledge of social trends and marketing strategies + Familiarity with B2C advertising campaigns + Hands-on experience with web content management tools + Experience with marketing campaigns and social media + Project managementskills, such as PMP or other certifications is preferred + Analytical skills: ability to consume, identify and act on data + Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. + Resourceful, self-motivated, eager learner, goodorganizational skills, detailed-oriented, ability to prioritize, team-player and honour’s deadlines.
