Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

What you need to know about this position:
You will be required to:
Implement the Brand Vision, Brand Strategy, and the main growth drivers.Support in the development of comprehensive Marketing Plans and StrategiesHelp manage a winning Brand Portfolio, covering all channels (including e-commerce) and target audiences and delivering Revenue Growth Management KPIs.Help define the Innovation Brand Pipeline with a long-term vision and the deployment in the different markets.Help detect new brand opportunities taking into consideration the business needs and the Categories development.Assist in defining the Brand Communication and Digital Strategy in collaboration with external partners to boost brand awareness and build the brand equity.Coordinate Marketing Strategies with the Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Communication Teams as well as the rest of the Marketing DepartmentStay informed of Marketing Strategies and TrendsUnderstanding the impact of marketing spend on the P&L of the category and tracks the brands performance.Providing marketing intelligence for strategic decision-makingAssist the Category Manager to ensure that pricing is in line with the validated pricing strategy in the category plan and makes recommendations when required on pricing to consumers and defines the desired relative pricing.What extra ingredients you will bring:

A good first BSc degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized tertiary institution.Computer Literacy & Excellent use of Microsoft office suite.Job specific requirements:
