\nWhy does this role exist? This role exists to bring order, accuracy, and speed to a growing licensing program by centralizing the artwork submission and approval workflow, ensuring contractual compliance, and tightening cross-team communication. The Brand Licensing Coordinator will streamline processes, maintain licensor portals and tracking systems, and provide timely reporting so the team can meet tight retailer timelines. Ultimately, this position is being hired to reduce operational friction, improve audit readiness, and support on-time delivery across multiple licenses.
The Impact you’ll makeLicensing Operations & Compliance\nOversee licensed product lifecycles from concept to distribution across multiple licenses\nEnsure adherence to all contractual requirements and compliance guidelines\nProvide product-related contractual support and maintain audit-ready documentation\n\n
Artwork Submission, Approvals & Portals\n\nCoordinate and maintain licensor submission portals and product approval workflows\nTrack artwork, packaging, and asset submissions; follow through on feedback to resolution\nAssist with placement charts and ensure accurate, current information in all systems\n\n
Tracking, Reporting & Data Integrity\n\nOwn product tracking sheets and licensing databases with meticulous, real-time updates\nAssist the licensing team with product reporting, including sold items to retailers\nPrepare and maintain dashboards/logs in Excel and Outlook for visibility across projects\n\n
Cross-Functional Coordination\n\nAct as a resource to cross-functional teams, sharing up-to-date partnership/program info\nSupport communication and issue resolution across internal teams and licensors\nExecute special licensing projects and related duties as assigned\n
Process Improvement & Tools\nIdentify gaps and streamline procedures for submissions, approvals, and data entry\nSupport the future rollout of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana)\nUphold strong organizational systems to combat operational disorganization\n
