The “Brand Lead, Rapid Acting Insulins & Soliqua” plays a pivotal role in strategically managing the portfolio of mature, established insulin products. This position involves analyzing market dynamics, optimizing product performance, and guarantee the implementation of the strategies to maximize BOI and extend product lifecycle, to achieve our financial commitments and extend our therapies to our patients.
As the **Brand Lead, Rapid Acting Insulins & Soliqua** for **US Established Products** at Sanofi, you will lead a critical business unit responsible for managing Sanofi’s Rapid Acting Insulins (Admelog, Merilog, Apidra) and Soliqua. Your strategic vision, financial acumen, and leadership skills will drive the success of these products. The demand for effective insulin therapies continues to be a core part of Sanofi’s business. Your role as the Brand Lead, Rapid Acting Insulins & Soliqua will directly impact the lives of patients living with diabetes.

**Main Responsibilities:**
**Strategy:**
+ Own and define brand-level commercial strategy and drive performance to achieve revenue, market share, and access objectives.
+ Implement innovation projects within brands in collaboration with Strategy & Innovation.
+ Collaborate closely with Finance, Market Access, Analytics, Legal & Regulatory and Strategy & Innovation teams to ensure successful lifecycle management of products.
+ Communicate US market conditions for RAI brands and Soliqua with Global counterparts, and work closely to ensure alignment and execution on strategy.
+ Leverage market intelligence to inform decision-making on _Play to Win_ opportunities with partners, vendors, and innovative strategies.
**Commercial Operations:**
+ Drive strategies for market access, pricing, and reimbursement in line with business objectives with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
+ Understand the impact of payer discounts, government regulations, and market dynamics on overall financial profitability.
+ Work closely with market access teams to navigate reimbursement challenges and proactively highlight risks and opportunity.
+ Collaborate with EP Patient Connections to evaluate patient programs and monitor performance.
+ Work closely with global supply chain (Manufacturing & Supply) to ensure product availability to meet market demand.
+ Leads cross-functional teams for brand performance, including, M&S, CI, Finance, I&A, Market Access, Medical, PSS, Communications and Global.
**Forecasting and Performance Management:**
+ Accountable for brand performance - sales, market share, access and budget management.
+ Define and track commercial KPIs (e.g., revenue, market share)
+ Collaborate with Insights & Analytics, Finance and M&S to create accurate demand forecasts.
+ Provide commercial insights into GTN assumptions, fully understanding brand GTN forecast and actual performance.
+ Assess financial viability, ROI, and profitability of brands.
+ Optimize resource allocation across functions based on financial impact.
+ Work with Insulins & Portfolio Operations to prepare OPEX forecast.
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups. Navigate the complex government landscape in US while becoming the global partner educating on US market.
+ Ensure alignment with patient needs and market trends with affordability programs.
**About You**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business (MBA preferred).
+ Minimum 8 years relevant industry experience is preferred (specifically within the insulin market).
+ Strong understanding of commercial operations, market access, and financial analysis.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

The salary range for this position is:
$147,000.00 - $212,333.33
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
