Brand Integration Director

### Job Duties
The Brand Integration Director is responsible for deeply understanding the client’s business – including their business model, competitive landscape and marketplace factors, go-to-market strategies, performance, and brand and marketing priorities.
Core Responsibilities
-Lead and build client business forward by developing trust, respect and breakthrough thinking and work (goal: be recognized for strategic innovation and creative impact)
-Lead the day-to-day business
-Understand and master the use of agency systems and tools to drive work efficiencies
-Be at the forefront of ad/marketing and client industry trends and capabilities, providing ongoing education to the agency and clients
-Provide clients with thoughtfully integrated brand building and business activation frameworks and recommendations
-Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine campaign ideas
-Synthesize key data and insights into clear, compelling presentations, strategies and recommendations that inform creative approaches
-Provide proactive and responsive strategic PoVs for clients
-Participate in creative brainstorming and evaluation of ideas against key objectives and media and connection opportunities
-Be an expert on client business, portfolio categories, audiences and value propositions
-Identify and share information from industry thought leaders, subject matter experts and potential partners/vendors that could benefit the agency and clients
-Be an optimistic team player who inspires internal teams and clients to see and realize what’s possible
