Brand Health Accountability Specialist
Job Description upport the Brand Health Accountability team in managing operational tasks and driving Accountability programs Oversee shared mailboxes and ensure timely, accurate responses or escalate as needed Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain accurate records, templates, and documentation Prepare and refine presentation materials for executive leadership, ensuring clarity and brand consistency Assist with reporting tasks: data entry, tracking KPIs, compiling updates, and preparing summaries Troubleshoot tier 1 technical issues and conduct UAT on bug fixes and enhancements Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (Brand, Operations, Insights, Owners, Design & Construction, Vendors) Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to create compelling presentations (PowerPoint, Canva) that tell a story using data Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience managing multiple inboxes and coordinating internal communications Ability to synthesize data points into concise, executive-ready reports (5 pages or less) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders Customer service mindset with proactive problem-solving approach Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across functions Hospitality experience or familiarity with brand health initiatives Familiarity with SmartSheet and reporting tools Creative thinker with an eye for design and narrative flow Prior experience supporting C-suite level communications Familiarity with QA processes and accountability frameworks Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
