Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Brand Finance Manager with Planning Cycles (LBE, UPD, Plan, LRP)Assist in testing, inputting, and submitting commercial models and related files (Plan, UPD, LRP, LBE)Play an active role in preparing the monthly S&OP deckTake responsibility for creating and consolidating monthly reports for actual reportingConduct Financial Reporting & AnalysisSupport during month-end close and S&OP/LBE, assisting the FP&A Team providing expenses variance analysis versus targetControl, analyze, and align with the Commercial Team on variances versus BudgetManage ad-hoc requests, including updating PPT financials, working on projects, and performing tasks as required, develop and implement Power BI solutions & enhancements to improve the current dashboardMain Stakeholders:
Brand Finance Manager Local and at Area level, FP&A Team, Supply Chain Team, Business Unit's Commercial Team member, Cross-functional Teams
Qualifications
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; a Master/MBA is a plusPrevious experience of 2-3 years in the role, ideally in the pharma industrySolid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI and SAP BPC is a plusFluency in EnglishAdditional requirements:
Strong commercial acumen with prior experience within large commercial organizations in a matrix environmentAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels and to meet deadlines Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take the initiative on relevant issuesExcellent leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsAdditional Information
