Job Description
Preparing & filing complete set of analyses for financial plan, updates, LBE and LRPPreparing monthly revenue and cost analysesPreparing sales and costs reconciliationReporting of the mandatory month, quarter and annual financial reportsContribute to D5.6 / monthly closing activities for sales as well as quarterly closing for expensesPreparing forecast review slides, back up and participate into reviewsCoordinate price change approvals in pricing databasePrepare price analyses in CR and SRActive cooperation with Region/Area FP&A & Brand Finance teamsResponsible for interactions with European planners from logistics hubSupport annual audits & other external/internal audits & surveys wherever necessaryPreparing regular and ad hoc reports for local management and HQActively contribute to development & improvement of finance tools & processes
Qualifications
Master’s degree at University in a relevant field + 3 years experienceExperience on similar position in pharmaceutical company for min. 3 years - preferred Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPointKnowledge of automation tools as well as capacity to design PowerBI reports a plusEnglish fluencyGood inter-personal communication skillsTeam spiritFlexibility & proactivityExcellent communication abilities & customer senseAccuracy in work with numbers
