What you'll do

As the Brand Expression Executive, you will be an integral part of our Brand Expression Team, serving as the brand guardian for all our brands within Sainsbury's. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the consistent visual identities and brand toolkits for each brand. You will build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and agency partners, supporting clients in defining their content requirements and providing expert advice. Additionally, you will chair and navigate the weekly Brand Clinic meeting, providing clear and consistent brand feedback on creative work. You will be responsible for multi-brand, multi-channel comms sign-off, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Your attention to detail, strong influencer skills, and ability to make complex decisions at a fast pace will play a crucial role in delivering creative excellence and maintaining brand integrity.

Essential criteria

Demonstrable experience acting as a brand guardian, managing and applying visual identity systems and brand guidelines across multiple brands.

Proven experience reviewing, providing feedback on, and signing off creative work across multiple channels to ensure brand consistency.

Evidence of effective stakeholder and agency management, including influencing content decisions and building collaborative working relationships.

Experience chairing or leading regular forums or meetings to provide clear, consistent brand guidance and decision‑making.
