Your “day to day”

As a Brand Engagement Executive, you will strengthen brand presence, visibility, and relevance across consumer touchpoints. You will execute brand placement, campaigns, collaborations, engagement initiatives, events, and HoReCa (LAMP) activation, while ensuring full compliance with PMI standards.

Execute brand activations and placement initiatives aligned with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.Identify, build, and manage brand engagement initiatives and third‑party collaborations with KOLs, artists, venues, and lifestyle partners.Plan and deliver owned events and lead brand presence across relevant third‑party platforms such as festivals, cultural and lifestyle events.Support development and implementation of integrated brand campaigns in coordination with cross‑functional teams and agencies.Design and execute direct consumer engagement activities, including sampling, trials, and experiential touchpoints, supported by KPI‑based insights.Support capability‑building and performance monitoring for the Consumer Engagement Field Force.Deploy engagement concepts and POSM across key channels in line with execution principles and brand standards.Ensure consistent and high‑quality brand visibility across retail and HoReCa environments.Maintain strong compliance standards across internal and external teams, escalating risks when necessary.Collaborate with Digital, Consumer Experience, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.Manage budgets responsibly and maintain activation calendars, inventories, and reporting dashboards.

 

Who we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field1–3 years of experience in brand, trade marketing, events, or consumer activationExperience in HoReCa/on‑trade marketing is an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Flexibility to travel and work during eventsConsumer‑centric mindset and creativityExcellent project management and organizational capabilityAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple initiativesHigh attention to detail and adherence to brand standardsActive driving licenseProficiency in English and the local language (written and spoken).
