Brand Communications Manager, Amazon Türkiye Marketing

The Amazon Türkiye Marketing team is looking for a creative, results-oriented, and digitally savvy brand marketing leader to lead the planning and execution of our Integrated Marketing and Brand Communications strategy across Türkiye.
The Brand Communications manager will be responsible for building a world-class, locally relevant, and customer-centric brand across Türkiye by developing a long-term brand communication framework, delivering culturally resonant content, and measuring its impact on brand health and customer perception.
They will work as part of the broader MEATR marketing leadership team, with frequent collaboration across Worldwide and Emerging Markets teams as well as local category and retail marketing leads. They will lead the development of compelling, insight-led brand campaigns that span ATL, digital, and social platforms, with a strong emphasis on local relevance, youth engagement, and creative innovation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy across Türkiye, translating it into locally nuanced, full-funnel marketing campaigns. They will oversee the briefing and development process with creative and media agencies, drive connections planning to ensure 360-degree delivery of consistent brand storytelling across channels, and tailor messaging to address different customer segments and age groups across Türkiye.
To deliver effective, high-performing campaigns, they will work hand in hand with our Media and Portfolio team to ensure strategic investment planning, channel mix optimization, and seamless amplification of brand messaging across touch points. Equally, they will partner closely with our Insights and Research team to ground all communication in strong regional customer understanding, identify evolving cultural trends, and continuously measure brand health to inform creative direction and future strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the image and voice of the Amazon Türkiye Brand
- Ensure brand consistency of creative and communication assets throughout all marketing channels
- Measure campaign results and optimize current and future campaigns
- Establish and maintain a high level of communication and transparency throughout the organization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess where there are message ready opportunities for products or categories to engage in mass communications to support Amazons overall communication strategies
