Responsibilities The Opportunity This position is responsible for the development and execution of the brand strategy, in close partnership with the Brand Manager and Senior Analyst. The goal is to drive volume, sales, and share-of-market (SOM) objectives within the country, ensuring the timely implementation of initiatives including brand activations, innovation launches, and equity plans. • Develop and execute local brand strategies with the support of cross-functional teams. • Ensure alignment with regional and global priorities, while adapting initiatives to meet local market needs. • Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including the LATAM Sector Marketing team, Market Unit Leader, Commercial Market Unit teams, and global functions such as R&D and Finance. • Drive excellence in the execution of regional and local initiatives by incorporating high-quality insights from consumers, customers, and channels. • Navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on achieving business results. • Experience in managing A&M (Advertising & Marketing) budgets to ensure return on investment (ROI), while meeting W/NW targets and maintaining profitability. Your Impact as Brand Analyst • Supports the lead of tortilla Category providing local expertise according to market needs • Supports the lead of the innovation calendar for tortilla. • Supports the landing and execution of regional and local initiatives. • Deliver sales, volume and market share objectives according to aligned plans with market unit. • Actively participate in developing plans based on the LATAM Ecosytem of the Future Strategy to expand categories and gain share in Colombia. • Works together with other areas to develop robust 360 commercial activations to maximize growth. • Executes plan to achieve brand goals according with market and commercial unit expectations. • Manages relationship and supports the lead of creative and media agencies in campaign creation / adaptation from brief development to executions delivery and implementation. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related. • Minimum 1-2 year of business experience within Marketing and/or Trade Marketing positions. • Strong analytical skills. • Knowledge of the consumer goods industry in Colombia, consumers, shoppers, customers, channels. • Displays a robust set of personal values and ethics behaviors. • Fluent in English & Spanish If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
