A premium, sophisticated automotive brand is seeking top-tier Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting activation at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2025. This high-profile event calls for energetic, polished, and poised individuals to help bring a cutting-edge electric vehicle experience to life. It’s an opportunity to represent a leading global name in innovation and design during one of the biggest nights on Toronto’s cultural calendar.

Roy Thomson Activation: September 4–7 - Opening Night (Sept 4): 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sept 5–7: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMLiberty Grand Opening Night Party: September 4 only - 8:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Roy Thomson Activation: Festival-goers will be gathered to watch the red-carpet arrivals. You’ll be their point of interaction with the Automotive brand. We’re hiring 2 Brand Ambassadors:

1 BA will actively engage with festival-goers, inviting them to take a photo with the Automotive Product, sharing key vehicle highlights, and promoting branded hashtags.1 BA will support line management and contest facilitation, helping guide guests through the experience with energy and professionalism.

Liberty Grand Opening Night Party: This is a black tie, invite-only event attended by TIFF VIPs, industry guests, and partners. We’re hiring 3 Brand Ambassadors to represent the Automotive brand in a premium, immersive setting. Your role will include:

Welcoming guests as they enter the spaceGuiding guests through photo moments and branded touchpointsSharing product messaging and highlights of the ID. BUZZCreating a warm, engaging, and elevated brand presence

IDEAL CANDIDATES

Impeccably presentable–previous experience at luxury, corporate, or high-profile events is a strong assetConfident and outgoing, yet polished and professionalStrong communication skills–comfortable learning and speaking about product featuresAble to thrive in formal, fast-paced environmentsComfortable in black tie attire–formal outfit provided.Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in CanadaAvailable for mandatory training session on August 27th or 28th, prior to the event
