Team Lead – TheraBreath Booth @ Taste of Calgary

Location: 311 8 Street SW – Lot 6, Calgary, AB
Dates: July 31 – August 4, 2025
Pay Rate: Starting at $26/hour
Mandatory In-Person Training: Week prior (exact date TBD)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Lead Brand Ambassador to represent TheraBreath at the Taste of Calgary. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team and engage with the public at one of Calgary’s most popular summer events.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team of Brand Ambassadors during event hours

Distribute mouthwash samples and actively engage with consumers

Deliver key product messaging and represent the TheraBreath brand positively

Ensure smooth daily operations including team check-ins, scheduling breaks, and problem-solving on-site

May be required to pick up product samples from a nearby warehouse (TBD) – access to a vehicle is an asset

Attend a mandatory in-person training session the week prior to the event

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Team Lead or in a senior Brand Ambassador role

Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with the public

Comfortable with basic logistics and team coordination

Must be available for the full duration of the event

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Access to a vehicle is considered an asset
