We’re hiring energetic and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent Batiste Dry Shampoo during our upcoming Guerilla Sampling Campaign in Toronto. As a BA, you’ll be responsible for handing out product samples and delivering key brand messaging to consumers in a fun, positive, and professional manner.

We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, reliable, and love interacting with the public. Full availability for the dates listed below is strongly preferred. A mandatory in-person training will take place the week prior to the campaign launch (week of July 9 – exact date TBD).

Role Responsibilities:

Distribute Batiste Dry Shampoo samples at key locations around Toronto

Deliver clear and confident messaging about the brand and product benefits

Engage with consumers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Maintain a polished appearance and represent the brand professionally

Follow direction from the on-site Team Lead and program management

Requirements:

Experience in promotional events, brand ambassador work, or customer service

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods

Available for all or most activation dates listed below

Must attend in-person training the week of July 9
