Job Title: Brand Ambassador / Business Development Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador / Business Development Representative to serve as a high-visibility, relationship-focused representative of the company. This role emphasizes client engagement, brand presence, communication, and event support across Florida and select national markets. You will represent the company at trade shows, chamber events, client meetings, product demos, and industry functions. Your responsibilities include managing ongoing client touchpoints, delivering lunch-and-learns, maintaining professional relationships, and ensuring the brand is presented with polish and consistency.

Essential Skills

Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.At least 3 years of experience in Customer Care, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - ideally non-commissioned roles.Highly organized with 3+ years of experience in a role requiring national travel.Confidence in presenting, hosting events, and speaking publicly.Polished, professional communication (email, in-person, and phone).Ability to independently represent the organization at events, trade shows, and client visits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with chamber of commerce or industry association engagement.Experience in field marketing, customer success, or community relations.Exposure to security, construction, or government agency environments.Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.Warm, personable, and confident interpersonal style.Ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences without using scripts.

Work Environment

This position involves a dynamic mix of office work, travel, events, and client engagement. The role is office-based with approximately 15% local travel and 25% national travel required. You will frequently visit clients, attend chamber events, lunch-and-learns, and trade shows. Work settings include air-conditioned offices, industry event venues, and on-site demonstrations. The schedule is full-time during business hours, with occasional flexibility for event-based activities. All travel and business expenses are fully covered.

This is a Contract position based out of Jupiter, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.48/hr.
